All standard Pariga deliveries are made on tailgated vehicles to the delivery address specified at the time of purchase. The standard delivery service operates Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
Pariga delivers to the UK mainland with the majority of areas delivered to on a daily basis at our discretion. On receipt of your order confirmation, our Customer Services team will contact you to confirm delivery details.
For delivery to Northern and Southern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and Channel Islands, please contact us with your address and order details before shopping on the Pariga website as we will offer a competitive quotation for the products, delivery and installation.
We do not deliver overseas at this time.
Delivery charges may apply on certain products.
All our deliveries are based on a tailgate service, with unloading to the rear of the vehicle. Pariga can, with sufficient notice, offer an installation service. This additional service is chargeable and details of the specific charges can be obtained by contacting us prior to purchase.
Checking the Delivery
All items must be individually checked and counted against the delivery note. Please verify the number of items received with the number shown on the delivery document which you are required to sign.
You must only sign for the actual number of items received, any discrepancies to the advised quantities must be written on the delivery documentation. Pariga will not be held responsible for any shortages found after the delivery paperwork has been signed.
Any visible damage on delivery must be signed as such on the delivery documentation. If any items should arrive damaged, including water damage, you must sign the delivery note as "damaged". All damages must be notified to a Pariga Team member within 72 hours of the delivery via telephone. Pariga cannot accept responsibility if we are informed after this time period.
Goods for Collection
Only goods that have been pre-advised for collection will be accepted by our delivery driver.
Deliveries will be free of charge to mainland UK unless otherwise stated on the website. Delivery charges to other areas are available on application. Pariga reserves the right to impose further delivery charges if delivery is not able to be made on the first attempt due incorrect information being supplied by the buyer.
Delivery times quoted are done so in good faith but shall be non-binding. Pariga will not be liable for any losses incurred by the buyer or any other persons as a result of a delay in any part of the delivery. Deliveries shall be made between business hours of Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm.
If further assistance or installation is required, this must be made clear at the point of purchase so provisions can be made. Deliveries must be checked and accounted for prior to signing the delivery note; any damages or shortages must be noted on the delivery note and reported to Pariga in writing within 72 hours. Failure to do so may result in a claim being rejected.
If goods are to be installed then the area must be clear, accessible and free from other trades and workers. The Seller reserves the right to pass on charges it incurs due to delays incurred by the Buyer.
Manufacturers Lead Times
Manufacturers lead times are given as a guide for delivery, Pariga cannot be held responsible for any change in the lead time due to manufacturing issues.

To track your delivery please email us at [email protected] , or alternatively please call us on 0808 1688770. Deliveries will not be booked in unless otherwise stated by Pariga. Precise delivery times cannot be given (i.e. by the hour), it is expected that the buyer can accept deliveries between business hours, any deviation from this may incur additional charges. However, approximate delivery times will be advised by Pariga at point of purchase and if Pariga are able to liaise with delivery suppliers to ascertain precise timings we will endeavour to do so.
