Goods may be accepted back only with the express permission of Pariga. Please contact us for instructions. Made-to-order or special order items cannot be accepted back in to stock. If you choose to cancel your made-to-order or special order product for any reason, it is highly unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at the full selling price.
Made-to-order or special order is defined as not carried in stock in our warehousing or storage and having to be ordered directly from one of our manufacturers.
Most goods ordered via our website can be returned up to 14 calendar days after delivery - known as the 'cooling off' period. This only applies to goods still in their original wrapping. Special order and made to order goods are non-returnable. Goods unwrapped, and/or opened and/or assembled are non returnable. You can return the goods to our warehouse at your own expense as long as they are still in their original wrapping. A charge will be made by us to do so, please contact us for further information. Our usual refund policy does not apply to made-to-order products, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged. The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a resalable condition. Credit shall not be given for goods received damaged. The buyer shall, unless otherwise stated, be responsible for the cost of the return carriage of all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the buyer until actual receipt of the goods by Pariga. Proof of return delivery will remain with the buyer. We reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted.
Defective goods will be accepted only with prior authorisation from Pariga’s head office and receipt of Pariga’s RETURN/AUTHORISATION NUMBER. Goods returned are not to exceed quantity authorised. All returns must have freight prepaid and no C.O.D.’s will be accepted.
Credit will be issued only after goods are inspected and approved and will be based on Buyer’s cost for the goods in question, less any costs for transport and re-packaging.
- Goods defective on delivery may be returned for exchange or full credit.
- Goods incorrectly delivered by Pariga may be returned for full credit.
- Goods incorrectly ordered may be returned subject to a handling charge of 25% of invoice.

1. I’m not happy with my item and would like a refund
We hope you will be satisfied with your items, but occasionally there might be the need to return something. Provided its not a made-to-order or special item (see notes above) you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus the cost of delivery. You will need to send us an explanation via our contact page
and then fill out a product return form. We will refund you the full cost of the item but you will need to cover the cost of collection.
2. I’ve decided I no longer want the item
If you decide that you do not want the item you can cancel the order provided it has not been dispatched. Contact us and we will cancel your order and provide you with you a full refund. Cancellations made after the dispatch of will need to be made at the time of delivery or within 14 days of delivery. We will refund you the cost of the item, but you will need to pay for the cost of the item to be collected if you have simply changed your mind.
3. I’ve received the wrong item
Sometimes, mistakes can occur with product shipment. In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, just get in touch with us and we will exchange the item for the correct one, free of charge.
4. The item(s) are damaged
Any visible damage on delivery must be signed as such on the delivery documentation. If any items should arrive damaged, including water damage, you must sign the delivery note as “damaged”. All damages must be notified to Pariga within 48 hours of the delivery via email. Pariga cannot accept responsibility if we are informed after this time period.
Once the product has been returned to us, we will assess the issue and upon validation of the damage we will do one of the following:
- give you a full refund
- arrange for a repair
- order you a replacement
5. How long will my refund take?
We can only make refunds to your original payment method used to place the order - this is for security reasons. Refunds will usually take between 1-2 weeks from the cancellation date.
