Sales Terms & Conditions

Deliveries will be free of charge to mainland UK unless otherwise stated on the website. Delivery charges to other areas are available on application. Pariga reserves the right to impose further delivery charges if delivery is not able to be made on the first attempt due incorrect information being supplied by the buyer.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times quoted are done so in good faith but shall be non-binding. Pariga will not be liable for any losses incurred by the buyer or any other persons as a result of a delay in any part of the delivery. Deliveries shall be made between business hours of Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm.

3. Delivery Information

If further assistance or installation is required, this must be made clear at the point of purchase so provisions can be made. Deliveries must be checked and accounted for prior to signing the delivery note; any damages or shortages must be noted on the delivery note and reported to Pariga in writing within 72 hours. Failure to do so may result in a claim being rejected.

If goods are to be installed then the area must be clear, accessible and free from other trades and workers. The Seller reserves the right to pass on charges it incurs due to delays incurred by the Buyer.

4. Manufacturers Lead Times

Manufacturers lead times are given as a guide for delivery, Pariga cannot be held responsible for any change in the lead time due to manufacturing issues.

5. Confirming Your Delivery Date

To track your delivery please email us at [email protected] , or alternatively please call us on 0808 1688770. Deliveries will not be booked in unless otherwise stated by Pariga. Precise delivery times cannot be given (i.e. by the hour), it is expected that the buyer can accept deliveries between business hours, any deviation from this may incur additional charges. However, approximate delivery times will be advised by Pariga at point of purchase and if Pariga are able to liaise with delivery suppliers to ascertain precise timings we will endeavour to do so.

6. Availability

All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available or have an extended lead time. This is expected to be within 24 hours of purchase

7. Made to Order Items

Items that have been made to order or made to a customer's requirements are non-returnable. Made to order items may be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our sales team on 0808 1688770 after this time additional charges may be applied to amend orders where it is possible to amend.

8. Ordering Errors

It is possible to correct any errors up until the point of payment on the website, after this time any amendments cannot be guaranteed but customers can enquire by contacting Pariga on 0808 1688770 or [email protected] and our staff will endeavour to assist with any changes.

9. Cancelling Orders

Please contact us at [email protected] with any cancellation request. If your goods order has not yet been placed by Pariga it is likely we will be able to cancel the order without further charge, however if the order has been processed then it will not be possible to cancel the order.

11. Payment of Orders

Unless otherwise agreed with Pariga, payment is required in full with order, this can be made with credit or debit card or alternatively a pro-forma invoice can be supplied, please contact our sales team to request a pro-forma or call 0808168870 to discuss alternative payment options. The Seller reserves the right to charge interest at the current Bank rate for payments that are not received within the agreed term.

Points to Note

Notes on veneering of tiles and flaps

Woodgrain on tiles and double flaps always runs lengthways, i.e along the length of the table. Woodgrain on single flaps will vary depending on their required orientation. We endeavour to colour match veneered tiles and flaps to the adjacent top surface, but the figure of the grain may differ.

IMPORTANT NOTE : GRAIN MATCHING

Woodgrain on table tops runs lengthways on one-piece tables and side-to-side on two piece tables - except on MFC tables 4500 and 5000mm long, where for technical reasons the grain must run lengthways. We hand match the grain on adjacent table sections in veneer, but this is not possible with melamine where grain pattern is random. There is therefore inevitably an unpredictable degree of mismatch between the grain on adjacent sections of two piece tables in melamine, which is more noticeable on darker or heavily figured melamine finishes such as Macassar, Zebrano, Natural Walnut and Natural Oak, and more apparent on tables over 4000mm because end-to-end grain mismatch is more obvious than side to side. We recommend that customers are made aware of these limitations especially with the finished mentioned above on 4500 and 5000mm tables.
